Shipping Policies

Shipping will vary depending on product. However, typical shipping would be ground or USPS which typically arrives within 3-5 business days. However, this is not guaranteed and can fluctuate depending on weather, holidays, ect. Shipping cost is calculated during checkout.

Free Shipping -  Orders over $125 quality for free shipping. When free shipping is applied to an order,TCT Crafts will determine shipping carrier at their discretion.

Fulfillment - Typical time frames for fulfillment are 1-2 Business days. However, periods of high order volume, holidays, or weekends, may increase the fulfillment time to 3-5 business days. Please note Fulfillment and Shipping times are two separate things. Fulfillment time is the time it takes TCT Crafts to process the order and prepare it for shipping. Shipping time is the actual time it takes the chosen carrier to deliver the package to the final destination.

 Our Shipping Process:

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

Shipping is done Monday-Saturday and we do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, TCT Crafts cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via e-mail with tracking information.
