We want your order to arrive as beautifully as it left our shop. Here's everything you need to know about how shipping works.
Shipping Times
Shipping method and cost vary by product and are calculated at checkout. Most orders ship via USPS or ground carrier and typically arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped. Delivery times aren't guaranteed and can shift due to weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Free Shipping
Orders over $175 qualify for free shipping. When free shipping applies, TCT Crafts selects the carrier at our discretion to get your order to you as efficiently as possible.
Fulfillment Time
Fulfillment time and shipping time are two different things:
- Fulfillment time is how long it takes us to process your order and get it packaged and ready to go.
- Shipping time is how long the carrier takes to deliver it once it leaves our hands.
Typical fulfillment time is 1–2 business days. During busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, this may extend to 3–5 business days.
Our Shipping Process
We work fast! We start preparing your order as soon as it's placed, which often means it's already being packed before we can catch a change request. If you need to modify or cancel an order, reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help — but once your order is in process, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations.
We ship Monday through Saturday — no Sunday or holiday shipping. While we do everything we can to get your order out and delivered on time, TCT Crafts isn't responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, like severe weather or carrier service interruptions.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way home.
